Under the expert guidance of Mr. Dixon Ko, Honorary Chairman of the Hong Kong Wine Judges Association, the winery owner Mrs Rita Cheung and the distinguished Winemaker Allen Hedgman from Mystic Island Winery, participants will gain valuable insights through exclusive tastings. This session is designed to enhance your understanding of Chinese viticulture, complemented by a unique wine and glass interplay experience led by Riedel, who will demonstrate how the shape of a glass can dramatically influence the flavour of wine.
Following the Masterclass, engage with fellow wine enthusiasts during our Cocktail Networking session. This informal gathering provides the perfect opportunity to savor a selection of refreshing rose wines while sharing insights and experiences.
The evening culminates in a luxurious VIP Wine Dinner, where we offer a refined pairing of Chinese wines with CVIEW's exquisite Chinese cuisine.
